Sports…keep you healthy
Sit ups…flat stomach
Walking…. keeps your blood pumping
.Going to the gym….keeps you fit
Press ups….keeps you fit
Aerobics….keeps you fit
Swimming
Even participating in a dance club!




Without exercise your bones will become weak. Your heart is so important and the healthier it is the longer it will last.


Cover your mouth and nose when sneezing and coughing.
Always wash your hands after you touched a animal or used the toilet.
Always wash your hands before you cook.
Always check the date on your food.


IN my opinion you should have a balanced diet and stick to your 5 fruit a day. Drink lots of water and do lots of exercise. If you follow this you will be PERFECT!
